Whitney is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Tennessee, making the Westerfield Law Office even more competitive in the regional market. Westerfield Law is here to serve you however we can – wherever we can – to meet your needs.
Whitney has over 34 trials as solo counsel, and another dozen assisting other attorneys, on cases ranging from Murder to simple Misdemeanors. During case preparation and trial, Whitney utilizes whatever resources he can to fight for his clients’ cases, including various electronic media to convey his clients’ story to the jury in a compelling and captivating way.
Whitney began practicing law in October of 2006, and starting in January 2007, he also served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney. In August, 2010, the Westerfield Law Office, PLLC, was officially born. As of January 2013, Whitney became a member of the Fletcher Law Firm in Hopkinsville, located at 700 South Main Street.
On the corner of 7th and Bethel, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, you can see the “shingle” on the side of the old Kentucky New Era building that the Westerfield Law Office calls home. The doors are open, and I will work to bring my expertise to bear on the issues you face. Stop by today!
